Terms of Use

The ground rules for using mmntous.com. Plain English, but it is a real agreement.

Last updated October 12, 2026

The basics

These terms govern your use of mmntous.com and any pages under it, including our Pulse dashboards (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Momentous Company, LLC, a Nevada LLC ("Momentous," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The Site is information, not a contract for services

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, or a promise of any particular result. Submitting our form or emailing us doesn't create a client relationship. Paid work happens only under a written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins for that work.

Don't send us confidential or proprietary information through the form or email unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential. Ideas and information you submit may be used by us to respond to you, but we will not publish your private business information.

What you can do

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not:

Who owns what

The Site's design, code, text, graphics, video, and photography are owned by Momentous or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Momentous" and our logos are our marks. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site; all other rights are reserved.

Work we produce for clients is owned or licensed as set out in the agreement with that client. Client names, logos, brands, and work shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. See our Legal Notices.

Third-party content and links

The Site includes content, embeds, and links from third parties, such as video players, social platforms, and client channels. We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Information on the Site

We try to keep the Site accurate, but it's provided for general information. Case studies and dashboards describe past work and publicly available data and are not guarantees of future results. See our Legal Notices.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Momentous and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. This section applies to your use of the Site and does not change the terms of any signed services agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Momentous harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms or anyone's rights.

Governing law and courts

Nevada law governs these terms and any dispute about the Site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.

Changes, ending access, and the fine print

We may change the Site or these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Notices are the whole agreement about the Site. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it.
