Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who touches it, and how to get it deleted. Short version: we collect what you give us and basic site stats. We don't sell your data.

Who we are
This site (mmntous.com) is run by Momentous Company, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Momentous," "we," "us"). Our address is 3230 S. Buffalo Dr., Suite 103B, Las Vegas, NV 89117. Privacy questions or requests: alex@mmntous.com.
What we collect
What you tell us. When you fill out our strategy form, we collect what the form asks for, such as your name, email, business name, goals, and your current marketing and social media efforts. If you email us, we keep the email and whatever you put in it.
What your browser tells us. When you visit, we automatically receive technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (city level), pages viewed, referring page, and how long you stayed. See our Cookie Notice for details.
Business contact details from public sources. We sometimes reach out to people and companies we think we could help. For that we may use publicly available professional information (name, job title, company, work email, or a LinkedIn profile), and we keep notes on the conversation.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information (like government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data) and ask that you don't send it to us.
How we use it
- To respond to you, evaluate whether we're a fit, and scope or deliver work.
- To run and improve the site (what people read, what breaks, what loads slowly).
- To do business outreach and follow up, with an easy way to say stop.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who else sees it
We use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
- involve.me: hosts and stores our strategy form and its submissions.
- Google: Google Analytics (site statistics) and Google Workspace (email, documents, calendar).
- Vercel: hosts this site and provides Vercel Analytics.
- Adilo (and Gumlet, once we switch): video hosting and playback for our showreel. These providers may receive your IP address and device information when a video loads or plays.
- LinkedIn: where some outreach and messaging happens, under LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and Nevada law. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, and it may transfer to a successor if our business is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any client relationship that follows and our legal and tax record-keeping. Form submissions and outreach notes from people we never end up working with are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, and sooner if you ask.
Your choices and rights
Whoever you are, you can email alex@mmntous.com to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct it,
- delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep),
- stop contacting you.
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information (NRS 603A.345) to the same email address; we do not sell it. Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights, and we honor those requests too.
We may need to verify it's really you before acting on a request. We respond within the time law requires, generally 45 to 60 days. You may use an authorized agent, and if we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response.
Opt-out signals. We don't sell or share personal information, so a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control changes nothing about how we treat you. We don't respond to "Do Not Track" signals separately.
Email. Outreach emails include a way to opt out. Reply "stop" or email us and we'll remove you promptly, and in any event within 10 business days.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls with our providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Where data is processed
We're based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and possibly other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred to and handled in the U.S.
Links and embeds
Our site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our form, video players, social platforms, and client channels). They have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant we'll make that clear on the site.
